TIMMY JUSTICE

MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas—Timmy Lee Justice, 43, of Mount Pleasant died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, in Pittsburg, Texas. <br />Mr. Justice was born Aug. 21, 1965, in Mount Pleasant. He was a Baptist. <br />Survivors include his father and stepmother, Bartell and Hazel Justice of Mount Pleasant; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Bobby and Jean Justice of Dallas and Victor Ray Justice and James Harris of Mount Pleasant; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Tammy Justice Simpson and Willie Simpson and Anetta Harris of Mount Pleasant; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tumey Mortuary with Tony Rundles officiating. Burial will be in Edwards Cemetery. <br />The body may be viewed 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. <br /> <br />
