CLAIR FISHER

Clair Fisher, 93, of Maud, Texas, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mr. Fisher was born Sept. 6, 1915, in Farmington, W.Va. He was retired from coal mining and a member of Maud Church of Christ. <br />Survivors include his wife, Dortha Fisher of Maud; two daughters and one son-in-law, Pamela and George Messner and Donna Hall of Moundsville, W.Va.; one sister, Amy Haught of Farmington; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Chapelwood Memorial Mausoleum with Jay Launis officiating. Burial will be under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.chapelwoodfuneralhome.com. <br /> <br />
