CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Kathy Mathis Jarrett, 56, of Avery, Texas, died Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, at her home. <br />Mrs. Jarrett was born Nov. 10, 1952, in Clarksville. <br />Survivors include her mother, Agnes Tucker Mathis of Avery; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Bill McSpedden of Garland, Texas, and Mammie and Burl Harris of Lindale, Texas; four brothers, Thomas Mathis of Whitesboro, Texas, Donnie Mathis of Avery, Texas, Jimmy Mathis of Bagwell, Texas, and David Mathis of Forney, Texas; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Avery First Baptist Church with the Rev. Matt Cheevers officiating.
