LOUISE SELPH

Louise Selph, 82, of Hooks, Texas, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mrs. Selph was born Jan. 3, 1927, in Sparkman, Ark. She was a retired LVN and a member of Hooks Eastern Star No. 1031 and Myrtle Springs Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include her husband, John Edward Selph of Hooks; one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Lenda Selph of New Boston, Texas; one daughter and special friend, Lola Selph and Stan Yates; four grandchildren, Christi Bobbitt and Mike Bobbitt of New Boston and Susanne Fisher and J.D. Fisher of Ashdown, Ark.; three brothers; three sisters; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Myrtle Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Hadaway officiating.
