MARSHALL FRANKLIN

NAPLES, Texas—Marshall Edward Franklin, 31, of Mount Vernon, Texas, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, in a Dallas hospital. <br />Mr. Franklin was born Nov. 12, 1977, in Amarillo, Texas. He was a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include his parents, Eddie and Mary Franklin of Mount Vernon; one sister, Melissa Coffey of Texarkana; one niece, Khara Coffey of Naples; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Concord Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Nolan Rickey officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery under direction of Harrison Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Memorials may be made to Concord Missionary Baptist Church, c/o Carol Carpenter, 8843 FM 144N, Omaha, TX, 75571. <br /> <br />
