BEATRICE CALLICUTT

Beatrice Callicutt, 93, of Missouri City, Texas, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009, in Long Beach, Calif. <br />Ms. Callicutt was born Sept. 26, 1915, in Axtell, Texas. She was a member of Polly Chapel Baptist Church and New Faith Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry L. Callicutt; one daughter, Patricia D. Callicutt-Brown; and one grandson, Kevin Davis. <br />Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jalonick M. and Erma Davis of Compton, Calif., and Willie J. and Lillie Davis of Missouri City; and six grandchildren, Jalonick Davis Jr., Kimberly Addison and Toni Davis of Compton, Damon Davis of Hawaii, Melanie Loenstein of Denton, Texas, and Devon Brown of Arlington, Va. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Polly Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Reginald Reid officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park under direction of Haynes Mortuary. <br />Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.haynesmortuary.com. <br /> <br />
