Charles Maurice Ceal, 65, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mr. Ceal was born June 21, 1943, in Denver. <br />Survivors include his wife, Royce Ceal of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Donnetta Ceal of DeKalb, Texas; two stepdaughters and one stepson-in-law, Patty Bechtel of Texarkana and Dell and George Baker of Milan, N.M.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Pauline and Albert Wright of Pueblo, Colo., and Francis and Fred Hanna of Trona, Calif., two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. <br />No services are scheduled at this time.
