GRACIE SHARP

DIERKS, Ark.—Gracie G. Sharp, 93, of Dierks died Sunday, July 5, 2009, in a Dierks rehab center. <br />Mrs. Sharp was born June 20, 1916, in Howard County, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of Dierks Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Murphy and Robert Sharp; one son, William Murphy; and one grandson, Robert Dale Carroll. <br />Survivors include four daughters, Velron Young of New Hope, Ark., Robbie Carr of Whitesboro, Texas, Ruby Rohrbaugh of Dierks and Francis Jones of Angleton, Texas; one sister, Alice Sharp of Umpire, Ark.; one brother, Frank Hughes of Mineral Springs, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Wilkerson Funeral Home, Dierks, with Jerry Shinn officiating.
