DAISY CABEAN

De QUEEN, Ark.—Daisy Marie Cravens Cabean, 100, of Lockesburg, Ark., died Wednesday, July 8, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mrs. Cabean was born Nov. 27, 1908, in Lockesburg. She was homemaker, a retired deaconess in the United Methodist Church and a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church, Lockesburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. A.C. Cabean. <br />Survivors include two brothers, John Wesley Cravens and Oscar Cravens of Lockesburg; one sister, Melba Cravens Taylor of Caruthersville, Mo.; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. <br />Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Macedonia United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tommy Halsall officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery under direction of Chandler Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. <br />Online registration is at www.chandlerfuneral.com. <br /> <br />
