VIRGIE CASTON

HOPE, Ark.—Virgie Irene Parsons Caston, 101, of Hope died Monday, June 15, 2009, in Warren, Ark. <br />Mrs. Caston was born March 28, 1908, in Washington, Ark. She was a Sunday School teacher and member of First Baptist Church, Hope. <br />Survivors include two sons, James W. Caston of Cleburne, Texas, and Charles E. Caston of Lindale, Texas; six daughters, Jo Mouhot of Granberry, Texas, Callie Smith of Port Allen, La., Greta Lyon of Conway, Ark., Virgie Sinyard of Hope, Barbara Vick of Rosenburg, Texas, and Mary Alice Cash of Warren; 23 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. today at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Cumbie officiating.
