FRANCES PHILLIPS

Frances Parker Phillips, 87, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, June 21, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mrs. Phillips was born Feb. 17, 1922, in San Bernardino, Calif. She was retired from Day & Zimmermann Inc. and a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by one husband, A.E. “Red” Lampert. <br />Survivors include her husband, Cecil Phillips of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Emmett Marlowe of Texarkana; one sister-in-law, Ellen Kesterson of Memphis, Tenn.; two granddaughters, Kacee Marlowe of Dallas and Ashley Marlowe of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Russell Wilkins officiating.
