MARGUERITE KENNEDY

NAPLES, Texas—Marguerite Kennedy, 88, of Naples died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, in a Longview, Texas, hospital. <br />Mrs. Kennedy was born July 23, 1920, in Daingerfield, Texas. She was the owner and operator of Greenhouse, Naples, member of Naples Garden Club, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, Daughters of the American Revolution and First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Choice Leach and Robert William Kennedy; and one daughter, Paula K. Leach. <br />Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Dudley Thomas of Pittsburg, Texas, and Rebecca and Ronnie Terrell of Denton, Texas; four grandchildren, Jay Thomas, Jerry Hull, Misty Terrell and Shane Terrell; and one great-grandchild, Cassie Marguerite Reeder. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church, Naples, with the Revs. Barry Brown and Earl Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Daingerfield Cemetery under direction of Harrison Funeral Home. <br /> <br />
