STEPHEN COOK

CEDAR PARK, Texas—Stephen Lucas Cook, 87, of Austin died Monday, Feb. 9, 2009, in an Austin hospice. <br />Mr. Cook was born Sept. 6, 1921, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a retired Presbyterian minister and Navy chaplain. <br />Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth “Bippy” Gribble Cook of Georgetown, Texas; four children and two spouses, Joyce Cook, Stephen Lucas Cook Jr., Lucia Cook and Michael Queen and Mary Cook and Claud Cameron; one sister, Ellen Cook Littlefield of Richardson, Texas; and six grandchildren. <br />Graveside services were Feb. 15 in Leander, Texas. Burial was under direction of Beck Funeral Home. <br />Memorials may be made to Lyon College, P.O.
