HOPE, Ark.—Suzanne Sommerville, 66, of Hope died Wednesday, March 4, 2009, after a lengthy illness. <br />Miss Sommerville was born Nov. 1, 1942, in Hope. She was a retired audiologist with Saginaw Valley Hearing Clinic, Saginaw, Mich., a Michigan Legislative Council chairwoman, an American Academy of Audiologists Fellow, a member of American Speech, Hearing and Audiologists, Michigan Speech and Hearing Association, Michigan Academy of Audiology, Michigan Legislative Council, Germania Town and Country Club and Hopevale Baptist Church, Saginaw. <br />Survivors include one brother, Henry G. Sommerville Jr. of Little Rock; one sister and brother-in-law, Sonya and Hal W. Branch of Hope; one nephew, Dr. Wilkes Branch; two nieces, Maryjett McCampbell of Benton, Ark., and Christina Roberts of Hot Springs, Ark.; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home with the Rev.
