VALLIE SHADDIX

Vallie Shaddix, 97, of Garland, Texas, died Monday, May 11, 2009. <br />Mrs. Shaddix was born in Cornett, Texas. She was a member of Border Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star and a member of Eylau United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Shaddix. <br />Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Sonny and Paula Shaddix of Garland; two grandchildren, Robin Shaddix and Keith Shaddix; two great-grandchildren, Brooke Shaddix and Collin Ianelli; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 1 p.m. today at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with the Rev. Anthony Cecil officiating.
