HOBART LAMB

NASHVILLE, Ark.—Hobart H. Lamb, 94, of Nashville died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, in Nashville. <br />Mr. Lamb was born Feb. 20, 1915, in Murfreesboro, Ark. He was a retired logger and teacher and song leader and member of Saline Church of Christ, Delight, Ark. He was preceded in death by two wives, Mildred Beavet Lamb and Thelma Calhoun Lamb; and one daughter, Mary Elizabeth Edwards. <br />Survivors include four children and spouses, Shirley and Gerald McKinnon and Mike and Belle Lamb of Delight, James and Martha Lamb of Murfreesboro and David and Margie Lamb of Lewisville, Ark.; two stepchildren, Glen Calhoun Jr. of Hope, Ark., and Patsy Pearson of Little Rock; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. today at Saline Church of Christ with Roger Cox officiating. Burial will be in Saline Cemetery under direction of Nashville Funeral Home. <br />Online registration is at www.nashvillefh.com. <br /> <br />
