BOBBIE COOK

DE QUEEN, Ark.—Bobbie Jean Pearce Cook, 79, of De Queen died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. <br />Mrs. Cook was born Feb. 6, 1930, in De Queen. She was a retired owner of Upholstery Supply Store, a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loamen Cook; and one son, Larry Charles Pearce. <br />Survivors include her husband, Luke Stafford of De Queen; one son, Timothy Pearce of De Queen; two stepdaughters, Mary Ann Morreale of New Mexico and Pamela Cordua of Oregon; three sisters, Betty Chapman of Yuba City, Calif., Pat Balock of Oregon and Sue Martin Haines of San Bernardino, Calif.; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Chapel Hill Cemetery, De Queen. Burial will be under direction of Chandler Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.chandlerfuneral.com. <br /> <br />
