EDWIN ARMIL JR.

NASHVILLE, Ark.—Edwin Robert “Bob” Armil Jr., 88, of Murfreesboro, Ark., died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, in Hot Springs, Ark. <br />Mr. Armil was born May 29, 1921, in Davenport, Iowa. He was retired from the United States government, a 32nd-degree Mason, a member of Mecca Lodge 523, Coggon, Iowa, and Grapevine Lodge 288, Grapevine, Texas, a Methodist and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eve Fusselman Armil. <br />Survivors include one son, Danny Armil of Riverside, Calif.; two daughters, Judy Crabtree of Murfreesboro and Patty Miller of Jefferson City, Mo.; two sisters, Frances J. Trede of San Antonio and Jackie A. Wessell of Bettendorf, Iowa; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services with Masonic rites will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Restland Memorial Park, Nashville. Burial will be under direction of Nashville Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.nashvillefh.com. <br /> <br />
