JACKIE NEAL

DE QUEEN, Ark.—Jackie Raye Cole McWilliams Neal, 72, of Dierks, Ark., died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, in a Hot Springs, Ark., hospital. <br />Mrs. Neal was born Feb. 5, 1937, in Checotah, Okla. She was a licensed practical nurse, an ombudsman for Arkansas Long Term Care, a member of De Queen AARP and First United Methodist Church and attended Antioch Baptist Church, Nashville, Ark. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clayborn Hayes McWilliams; and two sons, Randy McWilliams and Douglas McWilliams. <br />Survivors include her husband, Doyle Neal of Dierks; three daughters, Carol Bearden of Ashdown, Ark., Cathy Diggs of Dierks and Cheryl Rudy of Philadelphia; one stepson, Bobby Neal of Dierks; one stepdaughter, Donna Childress of Hope, Ark.; one brother, Gary McGuire of Mount Vernon, N.H.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 2 p.m. today at Chandler Funeral Home with Bobby Neal officiating. <br />Memorials may be made to the CCUA LPN Scholarship Fund. <br />Online registration is at www.chandlerfuneral.com. <br /> <br />
