TOMMY HOWARD

ARKADELPHIA, Ark.—Tommy Ray Howard, 66, of Hope, Ark., died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, at his home. <br />The Rev. Howard was born Feb. 26, 1943, in Fort Smith, Ark. He was formerly employed with Tyson Foods and an evangelist. <br />Survivors include his wife, Anna Chandler Howard; two sons, Tommy Howard Jr. and James Howard of Baton Rouge; four daughters, Sue Perry of Lockesburg, Ark., Debbie Dixon of Baton Rouge, Sherri Stone of Albany, Ga., and Tony Files of Benton, Ark.; two stepsons, Harold Crocker Jr. of Hope and Tommy Crocker of Nashville, Ark.; one stepdaughter, Angie Chadwick of Fulton, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Wednes-day at County Line Baptist Church, Nashville, with the Rev. Birlon Washington and Hazel Washington officiating. Burial will be in County Line Cemetery under direction of Welch Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church. <br />Memorials may be made to Texarkana Baptist Orphanage, P.O.
