FRANCES GELLING

MARSHALL, Texas—Frances Laverne Gelling, 79, of Marshall died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, in Longview, Texas. <br />Mrs. Gelling was born Feb. 9, 1930, in Malakoff, Texas. She was retired from Marshall Federal Savings and Loan and member of Cypress Valley Church, Marshall. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Herbert “Bill” Gelling. <br />Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Susanne and Sam Warren of Keller, Texas, and Sharon and Dr. Robert B. Shelton of Longview; one son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Wendy Steele of Longview; one brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Cynthia Arrington of Austin; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. today at Sullivan Funeral Home.
