Jessie “Ma Maw” Surratt, 94, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Arrangements are pending with Chapelwood Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. <br />Relatives will be at the home of Mary Moon, 4200 S. Kings Hwy, Texarkana, Texas. <br /> <br />
