LOUISE MAPLE

Louise Laverne Maple, 86, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, in a local retirement home. <br />Mrs. Maple was born Dec. 12, 1922, in Texarkana. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Edwin Maple. <br />Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Gwenn and Kenneth Schnipper and Debbi and Herman Smith; one aunt, Lela Brown; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Graveside services will be 10 a.m. today in Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating. Burial will be under direction of East Funeral Home, Moores Lane. <br />Memorials may be made to Hospice of Texarkana. <br />Online registration is at www.mem.com.
