DAVID BULKLEY

David Wayne Bulkley, 60, of Fouke, Ark., died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, in a Little Rock hospital. <br />Mr. Bulkley was born April 22, 1949, in Borger, Texas. He was a Catholic and Vietnam veteran. <br />Survivors include four sons, Aaron Bulkley of Redwater, Texas, Sean Bulkley of San Diego and Scott Bulkley and Collin Bulkley of Garden City, Kan.; his mother, Ann Bulkley of Fouke; two brothers, Anthony Bulkley and Kevin Bulkley of Fouke; three sisters, Robin Bledsoe, Terri Duree and Crystal Bulkley of Fouke; three grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Rocky Mound Baptist Church, Fouke. <br />The family will be at the home of Ann Bulkley. <br /> <br />
