NANCY SMALLEY

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Nancy Smalley, 76, of New Boston died Monday, Oct. 5, 2009, in a Texarkana hospital. <br />Mrs. Smalley was born Feb. 4, 1933, in England, Ark. She was a member of Tapp Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Smalley. <br />Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Gary Nesbit and Bronwyn Hamilton of West Linn, Ore.; two daughters and one son-in-law, Linda and Jim Preskitt of Kamuela, Hawaii, and Sandy Allison of New Boston; one brother, Orville “Skeet” Johnson of Muldrow, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Tapp Memorial United Methodist Church under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home. <br />Memorials may be made to Friends of the Library Building Fund, New Boston, or Tapp Memorial United Methodist Church, New Boston. <br />Online registration is at www.batesrolffuneralhome.com. <br /> <br />
