CHARLES REA

MURFREESBORO, Ark.—Charles Philip Rea, 72, of Murfreesboro died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009. <br />Mr. Rea was born April 1, 1937, in Danville, Ill. He was a Gideon, a member of First Christian Church and an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by one wife, Mickie Douglas Rea. <br />Survivors include his wife, Joan Rea of Murfreesboro; two daughters, Christie Lynn Morgans of North Carolina and Susan Emily Williams of Newport, Ark.; two stepsons, Monte Sharp of Munford, Tenn., and Chris Sharp of Murfreesboro; one stepdaughter, Missy Akers of Idabel, Okla.; three brothers, Bob Rea of Columbus, Ohio, Jim Rea of Eades, Tenn., and Tom Rea of Victoriaville, Calif.; one sister, Mary Ann Perkins of Stockton, Calif.; one grandson; and six stepgrandchildren. <br />Services will be 10 a.m. today at Latimer Funeral Home. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. in Rest Hills Memorial Park, North Little Rock. <br />Relatives will be at the family home, Murfreesboro. <br />Memorials may be made to the Gideons. <br />Online registration is at www.latimerfuneralhome.com. <br /> <br />
