HOPE, Ark.—Janet Phala Butler, 42, of Hot Springs Village, Ark., died Monday, Aug. 31, 2009, in Hot Springs. <br />Ms. Butler was born Nov. 4, 1966, in Houston. <br />Survivors include her mother, Phala Butler of Hot Springs Village; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Dr. Gary and Jo Butler of Hot Springs Village and Dr. David and Kimi Butler of St. Louis. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home. Burial will be in Anderson Cemetery, Springhill, Ark. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Caruth Village Funeral Home, Hot Springs Village and noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home. <br />Online registration is at www.pharrfuneralhomes.com. <br /> <br />
