WILLIE KING

Willie King, 88, of Texarkana, Ark., died Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009, in a local nursing home. <br />Mr. King was born Feb. 3, 1921, in McNeil, Ark. He was employed with Dickey Clay Manufacturing Co. and elder of New Life Word of Faith Reformation. <br />Survivors include one son, Samuel Lee King Sr. of Coltan, Calif.; eight daughters, Betty Jean Hurley, Willie Mae Graham, Eula Mae Rayfield, Patricia Ann Childress and Jessica Marie Turner of Pomona, Calif., Elouise Temple-Cherry of Texarkana, Estella Blackwell of Las Vegas and Loretta Denise Bryant of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; 24 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Lewis Temple Church of God in Christ, Texarkana with Superintendent McCoy Murphy and Bishop Samuel Lee King Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Nash Cemetery under direction of Lyles Funeral Home. <br />The body may be viewed 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br /> <br />
