EVELYN CHISM

PRESCOTT, Ark.—Evelyn Sue Chism, 69, of Canyon Lake, Texas, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, at her home. <br />Mrs. Chism was born March 17, 1940, in Memphis, Tenn. She was a homemaker, a nurse, and a Methodist. <br />Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Cliff Alan Chism and David Wayne and Roseanna Chism of Canyon Lake; and two grandchildren, Sierra Arlington and Heather Sue Wilson-Chism. <br />Private graveside services were Sept. 7 at DeAnn Cemetery, Prescott, with the Rev.
