CARY HILL

Cary Hill, 82, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009, in a local hospital. <br />Mr. Hill was born Aug. 29, 1927, in Lost Prairie, Ark. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a constable and deputy sheriff for Miller County, a Mason with Lodge Gate City No. 42 and a member of Lonoke Baptist Church. <br />Survivors include his wife, Hattie Hill of Texarkana; two daughters and one son-in-law, Carol Hill and Ronald McDonald of Texarkana and Gloria Mixon Hill of Vallejo, Calif.; two sisters-in-law, Odessa Hill and Deborah Hill of Texarkana; one aunt, Kathy Walker of Texarkana; two grandchildren, Kendal Rhone of Texarkana and Jerome White of Fairfield, Calif.; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Lonoke Baptist Church with the Rev. Dwight Burk officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under direction of Lyles Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. <br /> <br />
