NARCISSUS OWENS

BROKEN BOW, Okla.—Narcissus Marie Owens, 82, of Idabel died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009, in Idabel. <br />Mrs. Owens was born March 10, 1927, in Harris, Okla. She was a homemaker and a choir member and member of Antioch Baptist Church, Harris. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Owens. <br />Survivors include one son, William “Bobby” Owens of Texarkana; one stepson, Willie Nubine of Oklahoma City; six daughters, Laura Mae Bagsley of DeKalb, Texas, Wyoming Smith of San Jose, Calif., Lutricia Vincent of St. Paul, Minn., Florene Batey and Corene Owens of Haworth, Okla., and Jimmie McPeters of Clarksville, Texas; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. today at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Nathanial Williams officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery under direction of Brumley Funeral Home. <br /> <br />
