MARYE MORRIS

Marye Frances Morris, 87, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, in a local nursing home. <br />Mrs. Morris was born June 6, 1922, in Stamps, Ark. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Morris. <br />Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Camille and Bill Lummus of Wake Village, Texas; two granddaughters and one grandson-in-law, Monique Lummus and Evan Oliveaux of Southlake, Texas, and Danielle Lummus of Dallas; three nephews, Coye Grimmett and Peter Grimmett of Dallas and Dan Grimmett of Jackson, Miss.; one niece, Janice Engelman of Massapequa, N.Y.; and two great-grandchildren. <br />Graveside services will be 3 p.m. today at Wilson Cemetery, Lewisville, Ark., with the Rev. Jeff Robinett officiating. Burial will be under direction of East Funeral Home, downtown. <br />Memorials may be made to the charity of choice. <br />Online registration is at www.mem.com.
