BIRDIE HANSON

STAMPS, Ark.—Birdie Mae Brazell Hanson, 94, of Stamps died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, in a Hope, Ark., hospital. <br />Mrs. Hanson was born Sept. 5, 1915, in Stamps. She was a homemaker and a member of Stamps First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Hanson. <br />Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Benny and Linda Hanson of Buckner, Ark.; one daughter, Geraldine Tagge of Livingston, Texas; two brothers, Buster Brazell of Stamps and Marvin Brazell of Genoa, Ark.; one sister, Louise Parks of Lewisville, Ark.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Turner officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. <br /> <br />
