AGNES BARNETT

Agnes Nolte Barnett, 95, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, June 17, 2012, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Barnett was born Feb. 3, 1917, in Bradley, Ark. She was a homemaker and member of the Garden Club, Bradley Library Board and First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Clark Barnett.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Bette Davis and Dr. Terry Davis of Texarkana; two sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Mary Barnett of St. Louis and Ron and Pam Barnett of Pavo, Ga.; one brother, Carl Nolte of Texarkana; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Bradley with Jimmy Woodward officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
