N. HUDDLESTON

N. Gordon Huddleston, 83, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, in a local retirement center.

Mr. Huddleston was born Jan. 14, 1931, in Stephens, Ark. He was retired from Texarkana National Bank, co founder of the THEOS group and former employee of East Funeral Home, a member of Masonic Lodge and First Baptist Church, Texarkana and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lasca Medford Huddleston; and two daughters, Susan Jan Huddleston and Rebecca Doebler.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law Cathy and John Tidwell of Texarkana; two grandchildren, Jackson Tidwell and Jordan Tidwell of Texarkana; two sister-in-laws, Jo Sue Meredith of Texarkana and Cynthia and Joe Silman of San Antonio, Texas; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. today in East Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Larry Sims officiating. Burial will be under direction of East Funeral Home, Moores Lane.
