LUCILLE PAXTON

Lucille Paxton, 94, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, in Texarkana.

Ms. Paxton was born April 9, 1920, in Pittsburg, Texas. She was a cook.

Survivors include one daughter, Katie M. Thomas of Texarkana; two grandsons and one granddaughter-in-law, Reginald and Felicia Thomas of Texarkana and Calvin L. Thomas of Little Rock; one granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Willie Marie and Calvin Black of Texarkana; two great-granddaughters, Alise Thomas of Little Rock and Victoria Marshall of Texarkana; two great-grandsons, Reginald L. Thomas of Little Rock and Nicholas Marshall of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be noon Saturday at Fair Haven Cemetery with Marilyn French and the Rev. Paul Hill officiating. Burial will be under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
