HOPE, Ark.—Joshua Tharp, 35, of Hope died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015. Mr. Tharp was born Nov. 30, 1981, in Colorado Springs, Colo. Survivors include his wife, Amanda Tharp; three sons, Gabriel Tharp, Isaac Schooley and Elijah Schooley; one daughter, Delilah Tharp; his parents, Jamie and Sonia Tharp of Vilonia, Ark.; one brother, Brandon Tharp of Little Rock; one sister, Mya Harris of Maumelle, Ark.; his grandparents, Paul Hallowell and Norma "Granny Rat" Balough; one nephew; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Jeff Smith officiating. Private burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
