CHARLES WILLIAMS

HUGHES SPRINGS, Ark.—Charles Williams, 86, of Hughes Springs died Saturday, June 27, 2015, in a Longview, Texas hospital.

Mr. Williams was born Dec. 10, 1928, in Hughes Springs. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Williams and one daughter, Debbie Lynn DeLoach.

Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Barry and Peggy Williams of Houston, Mickey and Laura Williams of Daingerfield, and Matthew Abernathy of Maud; three daughters, Elizabeth Pedigo of Hughes Springs, Heather Chantelle Conner and Crystal Blakely of Bivins, Texas; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Veal Switch Baptist Church with Paul Denney and Dr. Curt Beadle officiating. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
