WENDELL LYNN

Wendell Lynn, 80, of McKinney, Texas, died Sunday, June 28, 2015, in a McKinney hospital.

Mr. Lynn was born June 1, 1935, in Hooks, Texas. He was retired from Rowan Company. He also was a Mason, Army veteran and member of Antioch Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Caroline Brecheen Lynn of McKinney; one son and daughter-in-law, Evan and Shellie Lynn of Amite, La.; one daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Mike Garayua of McKinney; one brother and sister-in-law, Johnnie and Doris Lynn of Hooks; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services with Masonic rites will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with the Rev. Cranford Graves officiating. Burial will be 1 p.m. in Antioch Cemetery with military rites.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
