ZELMA APPLEBAUM

SHREVEPORT, La.—Zelma Jean Applebaum, 71, of Shreveport died Thursday, July 28, 2016. Mrs. Applebaum was born Aug. 23, 1944, in Shreveport. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Applebaum. Survivors include two sons, Ronnie Davis and Michael Applebaum; three daughters, Sharon Wooten, Cyndi Love and Lynn Applebaum; two brothers, Norman McKellar and Finnis McKellar; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home with Dale Wooten officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
