Doris Sprayberry Rollins "Granny" was born December 30, 1958 in Atlanta, TX to Mancil and Mamie Sprayberry. She passed away August 18, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by both parents; a sister, Patsy Wilder; two brothers, Michael and Freddy Sprayberry; a daughter, Aleshia Hudson; a niece, Barbara Hamilton; her brother-in-law, Edward Tollison; as well as her grandparents. She is survived by her husband, Rusty Rollins of Princeton, LA; three daughters, Melissa Rollins, Brandi Rollins, and Katelyn Miles of LA; four sisters, Anna Tolison of Atlanta, Lydia and Ricky Hasha of Atlanta, Phillis and Jim Hamilton of Bloomburg, Brenda and Alfred Maricelli of Bivins; four brothers, James and Susie Sprayberry of McLeod, Mark Sprayberry of Atlanta, John Wayne Sprayberry of McLeod, Mancil Jr. Sprayberry of Atlanta; numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Doris loved her family. She was a wife, mother, a grandmother, and a sister. She was Granny to every child that knew her. She will forever be in our hearts. Memorial services were held at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 E. Kings Hwy., Shreveport, LA, at 3:30pm on August 22, 2017. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either the American Heart Association, or the American Diabetes Association.
