De QUEEN, Ark.—Emerson Kay "Emma" Lyle, 8, of Wickes, Ark., died Monday, Aug. 28, 2017, at a Mena, Ark., hospital. Emma was born March 23, 2009, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a member of Midway Pentecostal Church, Vandervoort, Ark. Survivors include her parents, Chance and Kayla Lyle of Mena and Whitley and Zachry Currence of Lockesburg, Ark.; three sisters, Braylie Williams and Gracelyn Currence of Lockesburg and Chloe Odom of Mena; two brothers, Brycson Odom and Konner Odom of Mena; her grandparents, Reggie and Donna Lyle of Wickes and Kirk and Cindy Williams, Lori and Toby Gathright and Doug and Dawn Currence of Lockesburg; her great-grandparents, Mary Brewer of Wickes, Lois Brown of Hayward, Calif., Jerry and Judy Pickett, Betty Williams, Kenneth and Betty Currence and Kurt and Anita Farquhar of Lockesburg, Carolyn and Arnold Parrish of Pinehurst, Texas, and Louise Lyon of Horatio, Ark.; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, De Queen, with Billy Sullivan and Chad Lyle officiating. Burial will be in Coulter Cemetery, Lockesburg, under direction of Chandler Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2 p.m. Friday at the home of Jerry and Judy Pickett, 148 Shady Lane, Lockesburg.
