ARCHIE HARDAMON

HOPE, Ark.—Archie Lee Hardamon, 94, of Prescott, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 24, 2017, in a Prescott nursing home. Mr. Hardamon was born April 7, 1923, in Prescott. He was a former Worshipful Grand Master and member of Eli Baker Lodge No. 62 F&A.M., California, a deacon and member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Prescott, former member of Saints Rest Baptist Church, Oakland, Calif., and a World War II veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ora Lee Oliver. Survivors include one sister-in-law, Quincy Hardamon of Eudora, Ark.; one niece, Gloria Hardamon of Los Angeles; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Deann Cemetery under direction of Hicks Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
