ATLANTA, Texas—Janet Marie Bruner, 59, of Atlanta, died Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mrs. Bruner was born July 23, 1958, in Big Lake, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Alex Bradley Bruner. Survivors include her husband, Dennis Bruner of Atlanta; one daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Marc Roberts of Atlanta; one son and daughter-in-law, Dennis Jr. and Angela Bruner of Atlanta; one sister, Martha Wilson of Queen City, Texas; four grandchildren, Abigail Roberts, Kandyce Roberts, Hayden Bruner and Layken Bruner of Atlanta; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cornerstone Assembly of God Church with Josh Lee and Charles Hale officiating. Burial will be in Beech Creek Cemetery under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
