Survivors include one sister, Dorothy (Alvin) McCray of Texarkana, TX; three brothers, Charles (Barbara) Pennington, Sr., of Texarkana, TX, and Roger Richard and Billy Richard of Texarkana, AR; special daughter, Sandra Pinson of New Boston, TX; eight nephews, Charles Pennington, Jr., of Fayetteville, NC, Mark McCray of Atlanta, GA, Timothy McCray of Wylie, TX, Michael Moore, Jeffery Moore and Chris Moore of Washington, AR, Dennis (Lachana) Byrd of Texarkana, AR, and Richard (Linda) George of Lincoln, NE; two nieces, LaTonya McCray of Boston, MA, and Daphne Bingham of Atlanta, GA; 8 great-nieces; 4 great-nephews; and one great-great-nephew. Visitation is Thursday, January 14, 2021, from 3:00-4:00 PM at Jones Stuart Mortuary. Graveside services are Friday, January 15, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Memorial Gardens, 5200 East Broad St., Texarkana, AR, with Pastor Arthur Hill, Eulogist. Interment is under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary.
