Dorothy Biddle-Hatley

Dorothy Biddle-Hatley was born on September 14, 1944 and departed this earthly life on August 13, 2022. Dorothy was born to AD and Afline Biddle, SR in Louisiana and later settled in Texarkana, Arkansas. She began her early education at George W. Carver Elementary School, and later went on to graduate from Booker T. Washington High School in Texarkana, Arkansas. She is a proud member of the Class of 1962. She was preceded in death by her parents: AD Biddle, SR and Afline Easter-Biddle; five siblings; Annie Riley, AD “Biscuit” Biddle, JR, Harrison Charles Neal, Betty Williams, and Ruthie Banks. Dorothy and her late older sister Annie were like two peas in a pod while growing up. They both worked and retired from Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas. A legacy of life and love will forever be cherished in the hearts of: Daughter, Vicky Hatley; two grandchildren, Ty Dante Walker; Terrell Matthews; four sisters, Catherine Donaldson, Evelyn Kaye Williams, Cynthia Biddle and Stacy Neal; three brothers, Tracy Neal, James Neal and Elijah Neal. Lastly Mrs. Dorothy Biddle-Hatley is survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside Service Friday, August 19, 2022 at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, Texarkana, TX at 1:00 PM with Minister Jeffery Miller, Eulogist, under the direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary.
