TROY ADAMS

Troy Allen Adams, 77, of Texarkana AR, passed away suddenly on February 21, 2022. Troy is preceded in death by his mother, father, four brothers, three sisters and one daughter. He is survived by brother, Charles Adams, three sons: Johnny Adams, James Adams, Carl Adams, two daughters: Lyndi Givens, Kelly Cockrum, nineteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Troy was a beloved father, brother, and pawpaw. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, watching old westerns and telling his never-ending stories. He was a man who never knew a stranger and was never afraid to tell you what was on his mind. Before relocating to his hometown of Texarkana, AR he was an avid member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles of Freeport, TX where he devoted his time and energy promoting peace, prosperity, gladness, and hope. His smile and deep belly chuckle will be missed by many.
