HOPE, Ark. — Services for Tamikikio “Sweetie” Perkins of Nash, Texas, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mount Grove Baptist Church, Texarkana, Arkansas. Visitation will be noon to 5 p.m. Monday at Hicks Funeral Home.
