Vickie Williams Stout

Vickie Williams Stout, 59 of Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022 at a local Hospital. Vickie was born November 16, 1962 to Dale Williams and Dianna Jones. Vickie was preceded in death by her parents and one Brother Robert Firth. She is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Parmenter of Texarkana, Arkansas; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Teresa Williams of Texarkana Texas, Sheila Morrow and husband Kevin (Bubba) of Linden, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Randy Williams and wife Nikki of White Oak, Texas; a special nephew, Kevin Murphy of Texarkana Texas; several nieces and nephews; and her dog Sugar that she loved dearly. Vickie loved to cook and she loved being with her friends, she was loved by many. Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 2:00, a memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery. Followed by a celebration of Vickie’s life at 2779 FM 3098, Maud, Texas, 75567.
