WILLIAM BEN SPICER

William Ben Spicer, age 70 passed away on January 17, 2023 at Conway Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 6, 1952 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Grady and Mattie Jo Spicer. Ben was a devoted father and husband and always offered kindness and gentleness to everyone he loved. He was preceded in death by parents, Grady and Mattie Jo Spicer; daughter, Ashley Carol Spicer; brother, Jimmy Spicer; father and mother in law, Mickey and Billie Sullivan. Ben is survived by wife, Jeannine Sullivan Spicer; daughter, Bri Spicer and husband Martin Sharum of Kalamazoo, Michigan and their two pups; special niece, Casey Ryan Battles and her mother, Debbie Long Lewis both of Texarkana; sister, Barbara (George) Chiarani of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two special nieces, Michelle (Scott) Davison of Montrose, Colorado and Shauna (Terry) Backes of Fountain, Colorado; sister in law, Laressa Spicer of Red Lick, Texas; his beloved aunts, Betty May Long of Texarkana, Texas and Mary Sue Hobbs of Tyler, Texas; many cousins, great nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to Hospice Home Health of Conway, Arkansas for their continual care and Conway Regional Medical Center for providing gentle care. A memorial service honoring and celebrating Ben’s life will be held in Red Lick, Texas in the summer of 2023.
